Return & Exchange Policy

❌ No Returns or Exchanges

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on any hair products, including:
    • Bundles
    • Closures & Frontals
    • Custom orders or pre-orders
  • This policy is in place to maintain product hygiene and ensure every customer receives brand-new, untouched hair.

✅ Exceptions (Only if Applicable):

In the rare case you receive:

  • The wrong item (example: different length or texture than ordered)
  • A defective product (severe shedding, tangling upon arrival, etc.)

You must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging.

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (case-by-case)
