Return & Exchange Policy

In the rare case you receive:
- The wrong item (example: different length or texture than ordered)
- A defective product (severe shedding, tangling upon arrival, etc.)
You must:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, uncut, and in its original packaging.
If approved, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
